How long until we are actually scanning?
Signup provisions your account immediately. Install the scanner app, enroll a phone with the code the console shows you, and your first box can be scanned in the same session. Nothing needs to be installed in the building.
Do we need barcode scanners?
No. The app uses the camera on phones your crew already has. If you prefer hardware, a Bluetooth ring or sled scanner pairs with the phone and works the same way.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export it. Because each account is a separate database, an export is your whole warehouse — items, pallets, locations, movements and photos — in one file set. We keep it for 30 days after cancellation, then delete it.
Can it talk to the system we already run?
Yes. Everything the console does is available over a documented REST API with scoped keys, and signed webhooks push events to you as they happen instead of making your ERP poll.
Who can see our inventory?
Your team, and only your team. Our support staff cannot browse your account without a time-boxed, reason-logged access grant — and when one is active, a banner in your console tells you so.
