Before you put a card in
Does the trial need a card?
No. You sign up, the account provisions, and you scan. We ask for payment details when the trial ends and you decide to keep going.
What counts as a product lookup?
One scan that resolves a barcode to a product. Re-scanning the same box a moment later doesn't count twice, and items already in your catalog resolve without spending a lookup at all.
What happens when we hit a plan limit?
You see the meter from 80% in the console, long before anything stops. At the ceiling we tell you plainly and offer the next tier — nothing already scanned is ever removed or hidden.
Can we change tiers mid-month?
Yes, in the console, and it takes effect immediately. Moving up is prorated; moving down applies at the end of the period so you keep what you paid for.
What if we stop paying?
The account goes read-only, not dark. You can always sign in, always export, and always pay to switch writing back on. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation before deletion.
Do you charge per scanner operator?
Operators on the floor are not seats — a tier's device count is what limits how many phones scan at once. Manager logins to the console are the seats.
